Exa-Min specialises in delivering corporate knowledge solutions that integrate
location-based intelligence with business processes. The company offers a range or
pre-developed software products as well as consulting and programming services.
We commenced business in 1991. Our original Mining Industry consulting base was soon
extended to embrace the Environmental Management, Land Administration, Local Government,
Defence and Telecommunications sectors.
Areas of core expertise include information systems design, location based consulting
services, database and software development. We have special expertise in field data
collection and GPS integration. We deliver software solutions on a full range of
hardware platforms from Windows Pocket PC devices, through desktop systems to corporate servers.
As an Information Systems consultant we focus on finding the right technology for each user
group and integrating that with the most appropriate mapping product for their needs,
be it a high-end system for mapping specialists, a low-cost-per-seat mapping engine
for the wider user base or a web deployment. We commonly assist with the integration
of legacy corporate systems with custom applications and off-the-shelf components to
deliver a "best of breeds" solution.
Exa-Min is a MapInfo Strategic Partners and a Hewlett Packard development partner. We
distribute our own range of commercial-off-the-shelf software products as well as
carrying out custom development for individual customers.
