>> support/overview
The following support resources are available to Exa-Min software customers:
Software Updates
Refer to the Downloads page for a listing of the latest
version for all software products. In many cases patches or new releases can be
downloaded directly from this web site. If the release is too large for web download,
only release notes are posted.
Wherever possible, Exa-Min release new software versions to overcome operational problems
reported to us. Before logging a support call, please upgrade to the latest version or
refer to the release notes to establish whether problems being experienced have been
addressed in later releases.
Support Bulletins
These detail problems reported by other uses or found in our own in-house testing but
not yet addressed by software updates.
